Try out these Japanese-flavored tacos with sambal oelek sauce and red cabbage salad. I made this recipe to have food for the week but I strongly suggest only doing half of the meat-part of this recipe if you are only 2-3 people who are dining for the night. These tacos have a really fresh flavor to them thanks to the coriander. And even though it has a lot of sambal oelek in them it’s not that spicy, actually.

I cook a lot of food but this was the best I’ve eaten in a while. I actually got mad at myself when I felt full because I really wanted to down more tacos. Better luck to you, if you try out this venture. Check out the Youtube-video for this one!

Notes

I made this recipe to have food for the entire week. If you’re only a couple of peeps who want to eat for the night, cut the amount of meat in half.
